Don't worry dave it's early day's. Lots of alpha males in this league so just puff your chest out and soldier on. WW2 wasn't won if people crumbled at the 1st sign of adversity. To be fair winnie and Rosie would be cooking apple crumble during these times for when you get home so we all have our uses and just as important. In reality I know its a competitive league full of testosterone. You have a bald head like me dave and that's because of to much testosterone. It's learning how to control it and be a cross between an alpha and a sigma male.

Anyway well done Picasso the alpha of the week
    Awesome report Rosie!

    Tops report, Rosie. Thank you!

You'll be wearing apple crumble on your head in the next update if you aren't careful, Bongo!

Well done Picasso and Liam - great scores in a horrid week for lots, including me! At least Yubby didn't get the MoW award again so will derive comfort from that!

    Onwards and Upwards!

I know what you mean winnie but like what James Brown said
This is a man's world, this is a man's world
But it wouldn't be nothing, nothing without a woman or a girl
You see, man made the cars to take us over the road
Man made the train to carry the heavy load
Man made electric light to take us out of the dark
Man made the boat for the water, like Noah made the ark
    This is a man's, man's, man's world
But it wouldn't be nothing, nothing without a woman writing the fpl updates

Yikes! I don’t like being out in front. Prefer to be on the shoulder. Just one of those weeks. Normal service will resume this weekend.

Thanks for a couple of weeks brilliant write ups Rosie. Great stuff.

    🇺🇦🇺🇦 Week 3 ⚽️⚽️

    CAPTAIN WATCH

Only 3 players nominated for the armband this week and with 14 votes Haarland the ‘not that great’ was the top managers pick.

    1. Fernandes 24 points - After last weeks poor showing TD stood by his beleaguered captain who rewarded him handsomely with a magnificent point haul. ⭐️

    2. Watkins 10 points - BB.

    3. Haarland 8 points - In truth Haarland managers were lucky to scrape 8 points when their ‘idol’ missed the penalty, at the half time whistle he was on minus 2. 😱

    MANAGER OF THE WEEK 🏆

With 74 ⭐️ ‘PAUSATING’ points Sam and Dont Stop Me Pau scoop the coveted award. 🏆 👏👏

Joint runners up with 61 points Jesh with Kirkley Krusaders and Winnie with her Warriors.

    👏👏👏👏

    TOP 6 ⭐️

    👍1. Don’t Stop Me Pau.

    👎2. Cubist Masterpiece.

    👎3. Aston Lilla.
    👉3. Injury Prone 2nd XI.

    👍5. Winnie’s Warriors.

    👎6. Harribos Fangtastics.
    👍6. Kirkley Krusaders.

Sam 👑is our 3rd manager to assume the Alpha status can anyone depose him. 😛

Former Alpha Picasso licking his wounds down to 2nd place perhaps a Unai type team talk required. 🤪

HJ heading downwards meets a static Yubby in joint 3rd place. 😛

Winnie and her resilient Warriors up to 5th place. 😛

Harry going South meets Jesh heading North in joint 6th place. 😜

    RELEGATION 💩

    👇14. Oz Villa.

    👉15. Aztec Villa.

    👉16. TD Lions.

Oz enters the danger zone in 17th place.

Iwuz getting bogged down in 18 place.

Although still propping up the league TD and his rejuvenated Lions are hunting down the opposition. 🦁

    DRONGO OF THE WEEK 🤡

With TD failing in his quest for a hat trick of Drongo’s the recipients of the award this week are Oz and Oztan Villa with 28 points.

    TOKENS.

2 WILDCARDS played BB and Sam.

    Gameweek 4

    Luton v West Ham.

    Friday 1st September.

    Team sheets in by 6.30pm

After the completion of Gameweek 4 VM Fantasy Football takes an International Break returning with Gameweek 5 on 16th September.

    Awesome Rosie, thank you!

Well done Sam! Great choice to pick Sterling. Always had a soft spot for Sterling as he did well for me in previous years, so pleased to see him doing well. Congrats to Jesh too!

Well done to TD on captaining Bruno! Sorry he cost you the hat trick though!

Can't see Alpha male Bongo in the top six though.
