Sadly as this topic has proved there are still some Dundee FC supporters who think that Nelms and his inner circle are good for Dundee FC.

Lack of a quorum doesn't stop a meeting taking place, any member of a board can be excluded from any meeting just by not being invited. If the rules require that a quorum is present it would typically be to to rubber stamp major financial / capital decisions. You can guarantee that in the case of Dundee FC any such decision would have been taken in advance and sufficient agreement made that the two D4L members, should they vote against, would be outvoted.
The DFC Ltd board of directors meeting held on 28th May 2021 signed off the Dundee Football Club Limited annual accounts for the year ending 31st May 2020 as being correct despite the accounts containing 4 mistakes thanks to their Company Secretary failing to notify Companies House of a ‘debt for equity’ transaction totalling £808,500 taking place on 8th February 2020.

Who on this board supports Nelms in your eyes, maybe a lot are fed up reading your continuous berating, be ok if you came up with something different regards Nelms, but supporters on the board and how you were treated at Gardyne has been done to many times

Why was the rent for Dens Park not paid in full before 31st July 2022.. It is unlikely to have been a cash flow problem as the Club’s bank account would be full of the season ticket money so there has to be another reason.
Aye, let’s get good old Harry back.

I have made a slight mistake in the above post.
    It should read £607,500.
    Sorry for the error.

Do you see how easy it is to make mistakes?

At a board meeting the board is likely to assume the company accountant has done their sums correctly and to sign off the accounts as such. Mistakes happen, you seem to make more than most which could have something to do with your spitting hatred of Greg Fenton and John Nelms skewing your judgement.

After the accounts were published on the Companies House website I contacted the auditor of the accounts who admitted that he had a made a mistake.
The following year’s accounts published a statement which advised that the previous year’s annual accounts had been restated. This means in accountancy terms that there had been errors in the previous year’s annual accounts.
I also asked the auditor why the Dundee Football Club Limited annual accounts published on the Companies House website are very basic and tell us very little while the Dundee United Football Company Limited publish their full annual accounts which are very extensive and informative.
The auditor replied that it was the Dundee Football Club Limited Directors decision to publish basic ‘Filited’ annual accounts on the Companies House website.
