I thought Wealdstone was pretty bad - like a bar with an extended beer garden!

I enjoyed going but passed Stall and Charlie who looked a bit stunned and exposed as they were more or less pitchside by the side of a burger van

I thought Maidstone was pretty decent, Maidenhead was worse and needed some money spending.
Solihull was the worst, didn't like it at all, last time even the canvas roof had blown off the temporary stand.

Maidenhead was ramshackle but has genuine charm - they've played there since 1871, a world record. Much preferred it to some of the soulless newer ones in the middle of nowhere. Gateshead, Solihull and Eastleigh were all fairly dismal.
