Get irritated by the delivery emails:
Your order has been processed!
Your order is being dispatched!
Few days later:
Your order is out for delivery!
Your order is on its way!
It’s in the van!
It will be with you shortly!

Before Covid I remember thinking how great it was that you could buy something online and get it the next day. (None of the above emails, just on your doorstep)

Evri previously Hermes must be a close second to Amazon for crap deliveries and crap drivers. Wife ordered loads of sun cream and bits from Amazon and t wat of a driver lobbed the parcel over the gates. At least it saved me £82 on a chat line saying the parcel had not arrived and was refunded immediately.

My wife has Turmeric delivered for arthritic pain and it’s in a cool box to keep it fresh, so it’s time sensitive. When Evri first delivered it was ok, but now it can be sat in a van (this weather) for days. All I get to talk about anything are automated chat boxes with nothing ever fixed.
