My optimism suggests we won't be going down, although it may well be a bumpy ride. That said, I'm hopeful we'll score a few more goals this season.

I go on holiday for a few weeks, well a month, and while i am away several old friends appear out of the woodwork. Welcome back Baggins and Greavsey. We, I am sure will all welcome your contributions again this season.

I think we will stay up with comfort this season, If we beat the teams we should be winning against, and stealing a few points from the SKY 6 or is it 7 now, we should be okay. After all we beat Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs, Villa. Palace, West Ham and Brentford at home last season, gaining 21 points and not conceding any goals.

after a decent mini run the outlook is a tad better.. with wolves winning at bournemouth and other results going our way,
moving my initial guess from probable to possible/probable

I think I’ve shifted into the possible camp.

I felt confident we would stay up in my initial post, i now feel we will be comfortably in the top half of the table.

I’m firmly in possible right now. Just looks like there are several teams that are significantly worse than Wolves. We are playing better, which helps as well.

The Everton news makes relegation close to unlikely at this point. We went from 6 points clear of 17th to 9 points clear. 10 from the drop zone.

I thought it might be time to bump this up for an opinions update. I still think top ten is a possible aim.

I never had any doubt we had the quality to comfortably stay up. A top half finish is not out of the question.
