Assuming Freeman and Cudjoe also out I think your 352 or 3412 could be worth a try, but I'd bring Ross Graham in to allow Grimshaw and McMann to have greater influence in midfield. McMann has a great engine and might provide a threat on the left if covered by Graham. As for the rest, apart from Moult, no idea...

    ...........Walton
    Gallagher Holt Graham
    GrimshawGlassMochrieMeekison McMann
    Moult Fotheringham or Watt

It's a tough one, will be interesting to see what he does. Really want and expect us to win there.
    Cudjoe out?

Read that elsewhere ie that he was doubtful. If he's available it's definitely a bonus based on his recent performances.

Mathew Cudjoe probably deserves a thread of his own.
A player I'd all but written off.
Has he improved or is it just easier at Championship level?
    Maybe a bit of both.
It's a long time since we've had an attacking number 10 type who's so comfortable on the ball, can draw players in, stretch defences, pull players out of position and also has a finish on him.
    Well done young man.

Is he the next Jerren Nixon £20 million man 😁

2 games into the season and a number of 1st team players are out or doubtful through injury.

It's going to be a long hard season if this trend keeps up. Training at StAndrews must be the Scottish Football equivalent of the Somme.

And why have we not signed some depth/options?

If Moult joins the walking wounded we are fecked!

I have often wondered about this - we frequently have players absent due to injuries sustained in training. Last season we had a good few weeks missing 3 first team players (I think it was Harkes, McGrath and Middleton) all out with hamstring injuries. Here we are again with a key midfielder missing due to a hamstring injury that happened in training.

I read a few months back that the Scotland team had abandoned their training facilities at Oriam National Performance Centre because the pitches were "a safety hazard" and "a health risk". Is St Andrews any better?

My daughter has played there a while back and at that time the pitches were mint, really nice.

If Glass does play in the middle of the park, i will be watching what he does off the ball more than anything else. He needs to make tackles, track back, go with runners etc. i dont think he is able to do that.
