Ridiculous especially when the SNP controlled Scottish Government have been fiddling their annual calculation of the CO2 emissions throughout Scotland by not counting the CO2 emissions from one sector of the Scottish economy.
I have known about this since July 2018 and while Nicola Sturgeon was trying to ‘Lord it’ at the COP conference in Glasgow in November 2022 her Government was part of the problem as far as Climate Change is concerned.

Apparently the Scottish Government is hard up and they have been chopping down trees in Forestry Commission forests on an industrial scale which has resulted in a glut of wood which is being purchased by Irish buyers.

If you listen to all the crap from local authorities who say that parking fines are reinvested in local authority parking initiatives. I assume that we will get the usual guff from local authorities who have ULEZ schemes.
