    Curious case of John Buckley

Looks to be leaving on loan.
Quite a few teams are interested in signing him.
    Strange one this
Has JDT fell out with him or is he a bit of a bad apple?
I can only think this will allow Rankin Costello a chance to push into midfield otherwise that leaves us a little light.

Bit of a bizarre one, going to Sheffield Wednesday on loan.
He wanted first team football and we couldn't guarantee it.
Good job we have a recall option in January as I feel we could be left a little light in the centre of the park.

We have 6 midfielders who will all play ahead of Buckley. Garrett has now moved ahead of him alongside the other 5. We don't need 7.
But great idea to let a lad who isn't fitting in to go and play elsewhere. But get a call back in Jan.
If all 6 midfielders who are playing ahead of him all get injured it will be the worst run of injuries since football began. And we will simply recall Buckley in 3 months time.
What we need is for him to go play and find form. Which wasn't happening at Rovers.

Not as black and white as that.
He is more a creative midfielder and to be honest,we have just JRC and Wharton who fit that mould.
Good job we have included the recall clause as I have a funny feeling we might just need that.

Garrett and travis are more defensive.
Moran plays in a more advanced role.
    Part of the front 3.

Travis made a goal vrs WBA. Travis made our winner vrs Watford. And is playing in a more advanced role. He hit the bar vrs Plymouth, very unlucky.
Moran plays left side midfield aswell.
Garrett is an attacking midfielder scoring 2 goals in his 2 starts this season.

    Disagree on this.
Just because they made goals recently doesn't automatically make them creative midfielders.
Moran, fills the dolan role and that certainly isn't in the middle of park.
My concern with the loss ,isn't that we lost but the amount we lost by.
We are repeating what we did wrong last season.

But Buckley was definately the answer right? All these amazing players get better once they leave Ewood. They turn into great players once they leave. What exactly did Buckley do last season when he wasn't injured? Or the season before for that matter? See much creation? I didn't. He offered alot but delivered nothing.
How come your only worried about defeats from last season? That's really odd? We won more. You stated we would finished 12th. You felt concerned about the manager. And the amount of brilliant players we had ler go. You questioned the transfers we made. You stated you felt they wouldn't perform as well as the ones we let go. We finished 7th much higher than you stated. And yet that still isn't good enough. Because your only remembering the defeats. No mention of one win. That tends to get brushed over.
