    Great news. Talking of stats since Emery has been in charge only Salah and Haarland has more goals and assists than Watkins. Also top points scorer on FPL.

    No, you’re actually spot on. My son was telling me that after the first five games Ollie was statistically the most wasteful striker in the prem under the ‘goals expected’ Under chances he should be a 20 goal a season striker. Still, he’s still maturing and could easily make that jump this season. Wouldn’t that be grand.

    I await in great anticipation for Ollie to graduate into a demon goal-getter.

    His improvement under the current manager suggests that all is possible.
