    He was a pioneer Brin and very underrated in my book. His album ‘Zoolook’ is his best in my humble opinion.

    Terry Riley album is fantastic listened to it years ago! also Steve Hillage Rainbow Dome Music is another great ambient album.
    Just listening to the Orb as I read this thread!

    Kraftwerk were the leaders in any electronic music btw.I did manage to see the original line up at Sheffield City Hall live.
    Ambient is a different matter.
