No one is indispensable, if LW leaves I won't begrudge him and I will always have fond memories of his time with us. That said, there is, in my view, a hint of naivety and frailty in our play under LW which often succeeds in biting us on the 4rse. It would be remiss to assume the owners aren't aware of any weakness in his overall coaching performance and whilst that might be a very small amount it is something they will look to improve upon again for the next appointment in the same way they did with LW's appointment after IB left.

I really hope LW stays, tightens up the areas that are costing us in some games and leads us to more success, but if he goes I won't pi55 my pants over it, I'll be excited to see who the next appointment is.

He must have had permission to talk to them, which would suggest they are not bothered about him going..

So do I. Sad though it will be to lose him, he achieved that massive first step for us that was desperately needed. Getting us out of the NL. We should all be grateful for that and he should go with our best wishes, the 2 faced, conniving #@{*!!!

Even if he doesn't go to Oxford, it is clear that it is only a matter of time before he leaves. The rate of attrition is huge at the moment and there are so many opportunities out there that he is bound to take one of them sooner or later.

Soooo.... who would people like to see as a replacement? Kalle Karlsson seems to be doing a good job at Västerås SK. Worth a look?
