He won’t play until someone is injured or suspended so it doesn’t matter.

My point about a loan is that first team football is better than reserves. I would hope he would get a better club than the ones you mention whether that be domestically or abroad.
Things may be going well, and that's to be welcomed, but to re-iterate my earlier point, the 23 goals scored in the Championship have come from no less than 11 separate players, and of those, only James (3) Piroe (5) and Summerville (6) have scored more than once. As Joseph is an out-and-out striker, it might be a sensible tactic to include him as one of our substitutes, and (provided things "go well" in the match), bring him on to see just how he handles himself?

I don’t mind that we are spreading the goals around I think that is good.

Agree re game time. Think they (Farke mainly) need to actively find ways to give the younger players game time. Cresswell can’t progress if he isn’t getting minutes, ditto Joffy and if Jospeh is ready, as he appears to be, he needs to be challenged at a higher level too. To be fair Gray has been given a lot of game time.

4-0 v Dudds surely wasn’t a time to play Cooper, Ayling or Bamford but give others first team minutes at home before a bouncing crowd.

Not always easy and Farke had a huge mess to sort out and maybe the next few months will see more of that. He has handled Rutter impeccably too. I think in his recent press conference he acknowledged the need to give minutes on the pitch to certain players including Cresswell.

Nice problems to have from a strong league position too.

These are testing times for the likes of klaesson cresswell hjelde Jenkins Bate Gyabi Greenwood Gelhardt Joseph and Perkins, among maybe a few others, so close to either becoming a proper first team squad member or the realisation that their time at Leeds may end after this season, about 12 million quid spent on bringing some of those to Leeds, Gyabi the biggest outlay at around 5mil, there's definitely talent and ability in this group, the question is, will Farke trust them enough?

If we get a favourable home draw in the fa cup I'd chuck em all in the 11 or primary part of the subs bench, a chance to see if they can handle the pressure of playing at elland road

Think they also need league game time.

Would agree with the idea regarding cup game time, the priority for the club HAS to be getting out of this meat grinder of a league ASAP, so giving the young uns chance in a cup game (run?) makes sense.

Problem being (and not a bad one I suppose) is what to do if they do well (especially if they do get a run of cup games) wrt game time in the league?

If they play well Farke might trust them when chances come in the league, seems the players need to gain his trust

And how is that to be gained unless Farke demonstrates the kind of leap of faith that was lacking under Bielsa? Bielsa had his faults, one of which was lacking that ability/willingness to give youth the opportunity at the highest level to show they were good enough, I just wish I could see that Farke is more willing to give youth the opportunity (when the results at youth levels are borne in mind) that it so richly deserves.

Hmmmn Bielsa gave PL time to Struijk, Cresswell, Joffy, Summerville and Meslier and we used to park cup teams with junior talent.

Mentioned in TSB that Joffy's goal tally in 75 first team games is 6 first team goals since 2018.

1 netted for Wigan in 19 apps.
2 netted for Leeds in 38 apps.
3 netted for Sunderland in 18 apps.

Suspect Farke has seen that stat too & defo looking more closely at Joseph nowadays before Jan window options open.
