Can’t see how it can be adjourned, HMRC don’t wait for anyone when monies owed to them. Southend were hours away from being wound up. Remember Macclesfield Town?

You mention Southend,so you will know they are the masters of it.they have done it for the last few years with paye and did in the last few months.Southend even set up a time to pay agreement last year with hmrc which is basically a last chance saloon kind of thing and they even negaged on that.and yet they still got the winding up order adjourned twice since before it was eventually sold.however they did receive a points deduction but that was done to none payment of wages.

Macclesfield was slightly different in they went into administration and relegated due to a points deduction for non payments of wages which included a tax bill but the national league won’t allow a club in the league who are in administration.so effectively they became insolvent and had to be wound up.

But we've come out a lot sweeter on the financial front.

    I have no sympathy whatsoever

Spunking 11 million on Jordan Rhodes, 5 million on Adam Reach and 6 Million on Foresteri and singing Carlos has a dream -

A timely warning for any fans who claim it is MY club and try to tell the owner what to do or who to sack

Channers has just paid the players, so Jordan was right. I don't believe for a moment he can't pay, he's acting the .... But it's backfired. Because it's made it into the Thai media. Daddy will be pleased. Not.
