    Donny (not Osmond)

Anyone heard any injury news? Difficult to know what to think about Saturday when you don't know who's available.
Although Donny's position looks poor, it must be remembered that they had an atrocious start to the season and that results have picked up as of late. The most recent side the Alex have put out (not including Pizza Pot) would be fine just there's no more injuries. As long as the team is no weaker, I'm going for a 2-1 win. ( it somehow feels wrong to be optimistic!!)

None of the injured coming back this Saturday according to our manager Lee Bell, probably true this time. New injuries, hopefully not. I imagine all the experienced players that were taken off at half time on Tuesday to be in the squad and hopefully O'Riordan has come back unscathed.
If this is all correct I will go for a 2-0 win and a decent performance, and yes I am feeling optimistic.

Really pleased that players not being rushed back from injuries ...

Could well be the same starting XI as the Notts County game (Thomas permitting)

    Going for a 3-2 win
    Fgs Rowe

Just one point, Joe White seems to be improving with every game - hope his loan gets extended to the end of the season.

A long way from our best today. That said, we would have lost that game this time last year. Oh, and who needs strikers?

    Yep, bang on!

Also credit to Donny, they moved the ball well, closed-down (aka pressed) well, and scored 2 good goals.

For info - just looked at the stats, and Donny had 22 shots (we had 19)

Didn't enjoy the 2nd half at all until injury time. It felt like it wasn't going to be our day. Great result in the end, and what finishing from Connor O'Riordan!
Big test coming up on Tuesday, another sort of game that we would struggle with in the past, but this team seem different.
    Fingers crossed.

Thanks for link - after watching the 'challenge' on Shilow in the first half closer-up, just pleased he wasn't badly injured. Got a feeling that if he had stayed-down, their player might have been red-carded.

Also didn't realise how many players/passes were involved in the third-goal - superb patient build-up.
