West Bromich Albion have taken out another loan from MSD Holdings Uk Ltd Group.

The amount borrowed has not been disclosed, due to its commercial sensitivity, the
loan is to support the ongoing funding of the football clubs general business operations.

The club took out a £20m loan in December 2022 from MSD Holdings, the repayment
terms over a 4 year period.

The club is up for sale, with two interested parties looking at a takeover, but still on-going
talks with the interested parties.
Which means the take-over won't happen before the January 2024 transfer window, with
the club being in a a good position in the promotion race, they won't want to have to sell
players in the transfer window, so a loan cash-flow will help the club with finance issues,
to keep the club on-track in the promotion race.
