Orient fans doubtful at first, but was an integral part of their promotion last season. We (Brighton fan in peace) fully expected him to continue in that role - many Orient did too, I think - but has not had much game time this season.Originally Posted by gazan

I'm really happy about that. He made a big mistake going to Charlton. A few months with us will get him back on track.
However, has he still got it? And (how) will he fit in? Who will make room for him?
I really want him to do well but fear the expectation may overwhelm him.

Didn't someone on these boards once say that Rio could be part of a partnership similar to Kirk/Pickering?
Well, now's the time to find out!
Maybe Kirk can coax the performances out of Rio as he has gone off the boil a bit.
However, having said all that, I do think Rio is more of a threat playing down the right.
