Matchday thread: Rams v Wycombe 16/12/2023

I'm expecting a tricky game. They play a style that doesn't suit us. Hopefully we can find the antidote to their play. 3-1.

A few weeks back they played at Barnsley. I got put onto a Vlog from a Barnsley fan who puts one out for every Barnsley game. His videos consist of a pre match thought, vid of him and a mate commenting on parts of the game plus some football during the game and a review post game. His pre match thoughts were interesting. Something to the effect of Wycombe kicking everything that moves, if it doesn't move, kick it anyway, time wasting from the off, taking ages to take a free kick/throw/corner/goal kick, skilled in the dark arts and falling over as if poleaxed if you look at them too hard.

    Not entirely an untrue reflection?

They were taught well by Ainsworth, what's he doing now....... oh yes been sacked by QPR after 6 consecutive defeats. 😁

Bit nervous about this one. Be impressed if we can add another win to the run. Expecting a disappointing 1-1...hoping for more.

Expecting this one to go against us. One nil loss, goal coming just after 2nd half kicks off

We need to grab an early goal to take the pressure off this MUST win game. Must win to keep the momentum, must win because this is that parasitic bunch of blood sucking tow rags. 😠
    We want 16 - 0 but a crappy 1 - 0 will do.

I'll forecast my usual 1-1 draw, but hoping we give them a lesson in football!
