ER improvements, disappearing over the horizon?

Ok, so its from the YEP which isn't always "on it", but wouldn't it just be typical that LUFC end up with owners who make promotion to the PL a condition on developing he disgraceful state of ER?

    Relevant bit.......

"The YEP have shared that those plans are firmly in place, but will be on the back-burner until the club are promoted back to the top flight:

“Leeds’ new-look hierarchy remain committed to developing Elland Road and enhancing the matchday experience, but have acknowledged stadium plans are likely to remain on hold until the team return to the top flight.”"

Motivational for the players and coach given recent results?

It could be worse. You could be forced to pay 2% tax on every food, drink, entertainment expense you incur in Indianapolis and the surrounding area to some bilionaire owner that demands a new stadium every 20 years or so. we are still paying off the old one that was torn down years ago. we'll be paying this one off long after I'm dead.

Nothing says success like forcing someone to pay for your crappy team staying in town.
