Was Goodwins golden child at the start of the season. Time for the lad to move on. It clearly hasn't worked for him here, or anywhere for that matter.

To be fair to Goodwin, he did say at the start of the season that a few of the young players would be given more of a chance due to us being in the championship. I think it's fair to say that some have taken that chance and others haven't. Unfortunately, if they ain't gonna break through in this league...then they are unlikely to be good enough for the premier...or even us if we stay this league again next season. No hard feelings about anybody that leaves us at the end of this season.

He was thats obviously changed as the season went on, Glass almost 24 now and he see's younger more mobile midfielders coming thru. He will be a good league 1 player IMO

Think this has been coming for a few years now. Its unfair to say it has not worked anywhere as he had a damn good season at Cove under Paul Hartley, i think after his second knee injury, but along came injury no3 and i think that has ruined him! A real shame as i always thought he had the ability to make it.

Scored a belter earlier this season, switched feet and hit the top corner. But sometimes for a variety of reasons players don't blossom at one club and do better later. I hope that's the case for Declan. In football terms he's not a youngster any more.

Glass needs to work on other parts of his game too much. He becomes a luxury player and u fortunately for him that isn't good enough for us. A good ball player but needs to pack on some muscle and turn into a proper athlete if he wants to make it at a good level. He has something for sure.
