Lets hope some of that unexpected cash confirmed by The Courier will go to building our squad for The Premiership in the summer.

If it all does come in, thats £1.15m recently in or due and i have my doubts that the squad will see any of that or i would have expected better/longer term than Grieve and McClelland loans, or even Wotherspoon coming in last month.

I think whoever comes in as the next owner will have some size of rebuild to facilitate!

Why do you think that if you said his legs are gone?

He must think that legs being gone is not really a barrier to earning a longer-term contract at united. I hope that's not the case but there may be an argument for it.

I see Goodwin in today’s press conference saying that they are hopeful of still bringing in another ‘attacking option’ before the end of the month. Assume this would have to be a loan. And further assume I think it can only be from a club from the league above (I think anyway). I wonder if getting Freeman away is the precursor to this? Simon Murray on loan till end of season????

Managers on Glass, polite way to say he's been told he's surplus:

“Declan has just been a wee bit unfortunate,” said Goodwin.

“In terms of when everybody is fit and available we can only choose 20 players for a squad.

“Dec had an injury about two months ago that meant he couldn’t train for about three weeks and he has just struggled to get back into the fold.
