    What's yours
    Just made some onion gravy to go with
    Remains of yesterday’s which included::
    - mash, sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, cheese sauce, etc
    - roasted potatoes, parsnip, onion
    - cold cuts of topside beef, blackened gammon, turkey crown & stuffing

    Boxing Day dinner just as good as Xmas dinner but without a daft hat!!

    Just to add- today’s was mainly done in frying pan aka bubble n squeak version

    Kids and grandkids come round and we did a buffet of cold meats, ect. Present opening round 2.

    At 2-15 Papa and oldest son go to the match and get home at 5-15 to an empty house.

    Half a bottle of drambuie and Liverpool/man Utd games.

    Taxi 11.15am to the Angel pub, watched the game, back to the Angel, taxi home 6.30pm

    My Wife had cooked chips for me & youngest son, to go with Turkey, Beef or Pork,
    my choice was Turkey covered in pickled onion juice & chips.

    Son took left-over Beef joint to make some Beef-curries, this morning.
