    Ot boxing day snap

I've had quality food from all corners of the world BUT, boxing day I really enjoy, triple cooked chips, cold roast pork, gravy and pickles, crusty bread and butter to mop up.
    What's yours

    It’s a fad.
A bit like pulled pork sandwiches and Prosecco
Serve it up and the sheep will follow

Similar but it's the remainder of the turkey, ham with chips and piccalilli, gherkins etc, anything to help empty the fridge.

It's not a fad at all, boil chips for 4 mins, dry and fry at 160. Then fry at 180. Perfect chips.

Thanks Crash. Sounds a bit labour intensive but will give it a go and see if Mrs. CA notices an improvement on my efforts. How long at 160 for?
