I’m not sure I could cope in a camper van with those 2 talking about the good old days of tripe and haslet.

Love using the air fryer, very handy thing to have.

On another note has anyone ever cooked a joint of beef on the defrost setting in the microwave. Surprisingly turns out very good.

Talking of food, instead of making mayo, I made some salad cream for a change and it was brilliant,
With some lightly dressed mixed salad all mopped up with some pide bread.nice snack.

Nope. I've done a 1.5kg beef joint in the ninja on dehydrate for 6 hours then 10 min on full. Wack. Perfect medium rare

    Ok guys

What's the recommendation for an air fryer cook book to supplement the basic ninja one?
