Play Duk wide left and Morris wide right and give us a some width to fire crosses into Miovski to feast on.

Use the window to bring in a left back and another winger that is an upgrade on Morris and ideally another defensive midfielder (assuming Barron is leaving) and then any competent manager will have a team that will win the majority of games we will play against the rest of the dross we come up against.

    No argument from me…
I think we're saying the same thing just maybe slightly different views on the extent of the problem. There's no doubt we need some fresh blood to improve the first team, but I do think we have many players that are playing poorly due to the manager's incompetence rather than them being poor players.

I think any of us could do a better job, and that's the truly scary thing that we can all see the issues yet Robson, Agnew, Cormack, Gunn, Burrows, FMB etc etc seem to think everything is fine as it is otherwise someone somewhere would be forcing change

The whole squad needs a kick up the arse with a new manager at the helm.

Take the fckers to see what people do fir a living ala Sturrock taking his team down a mine (not that any are left)

Fking dose of reality needed for these fckers.

Robson has failed to use his squad to the best effects and for that and ****e results its time to go.

That would be the obvious thing to do, but there is no chance that the thick over promoted caretaker numpty will ever change from his back 5 hoofball nonsense.

    The tactical approach absolutely sucks

5 at the back and just hitting direct none stop to ether 1 or 2 strikers depending on the level of the opposition

We do not have a single striker at the club who can play with his back to goal, Robson obviously has the idea that he can win games with a low block and constant direct missles for the strikers to run onto

IT has worked on a couple of occasions in games against superior opposition, but he just lines up the exact same way and plays the exact same style against weaker sides and it obviously does not work

As posters above have said, DUK is completely lost as a player who chases long balls over his head, he needs to play as an inside forward coming in off the left in a 4-3-3

Thats another issue, the whole recruitment model was based around playing 5-3-2, 6 or 7 centre backs, 4 strikers one of whom cost half a million and has played for 10 minutes, and one wide player in the entire squad

Go to a 4-3-3 and give it a run out, and not just for 20 minutes here or there and abandon it , the 5 at the back has failed , go with t back 4 and give it some time so the players get used to the new set up

The next season wasn’t much better. There’s way more talent in this team.
