Looks like we are being linked with a left back from Serie A and the lad at Bristol.

I will believe it when I see it!

Reading about possible African Cup & Asian Cup momentum effect on our Championship rivals over next 4 weeks.

Leicester will be without 5 players due to the Africa Cup of Nations & Asian Cup taking place from Jan 13th/Feb 11th.

Aussie Souttar of Leicester will be missing as he's playing in Asian Cup.
Foxes regulars Ndidi, Iheanacho in Nigerian squad with Fatawu in the Ghana squad & Zambian Daka will be missing.

Saints will be without Nigerian Aribo.
    WBA without DR Congo's Diangana.

Ipswich Aussie Cameron Burgess named for Asian Cup, Baggott their defender is also away in Asian Cup for Indonesia.

Also noted current Ipswich hit-man Hirst been ruled out to end of season with a badly ruptured hamstring & today they've signed Jeremy Sarmiento from Brighton, the 21-year-old has been capped 13 times by Ecuador.

Don't let anyone leave, keep the squad together yes that includes Bamford, Gnonto etc.

Sign a left-back who can play more than 3 games at a time. Id genuinely consider sending Anthony back to Bournemouth and replacing him with a number 10 on loan as he is getting no game time and Gnonto is a better player.

Aside from that, I think Farke has far more than enough at his disposal to go for the top 2 and if he can't get it with the squad he has it is nothing down to not signing anyone in January. Sure we could do with a number 10 but then who do you not play Rutter? Piroe? Bamford? only way I'd want to bring in someone there is if liike mentioned above we send Anthony back and get someone who can play inside and on the wing.

What he said....including Bampuff. He looked solid yesterday and he really does work hard on getting back and defending set plays/corners. Rutter and him have some of the highest work rates in the championship.

I do feel really bad for Joffy and Cresswell. Think we might owe it to them to sell them and let them get on with their careers. Cresswell's omission during the Strujik injury has been troubling and bothersome. I know that Cooper has the years experience but his days are waning, he's slow and he's prone to fouling in the box. He also seems to struggle on restarts. I think that Cresswell would have been a great alternative to cooper against brum.

Really hope we can keep Gnonto for the push but if he wants to go let him.

Hold on to Gray, Summerville, Rutter and Strujik like our promotion chances depend on it.... they do.

Be interesting to see what happens with the players out on loan - some are supposed to being permanently transferred this window which will mean money in - Koch and Roca being the leading candidates according to media ‘sources’.

If Aaronson comes back him might do well in this league and as I said before if Anthony goes back Sinisterra would be incredible in this league as he showed in the first few games.

Think Ayling will be a higher chance of leaving, as not sure he will get much of a sniff from here on...unless multiple injuries. But despite their deficiencies now, both have been great clubmen and given great service, so hope they get nice deals at some other club to see them out.

agree, would be nice to see both off to good fits for them. Might even get a bit of money for them if played right.

Would love to see permanents for Roca and Koch. Get them off the payroll. Don't want them back.

I know it's a hopeless dream but would like to see a LB signed. However, I'm sure we'll sign winger instead.

If they go then I hope they get a better send off than Klich did.

For all that time has been cruel to them they have been immense over the years for us.

Need another RB now - apparently Spence has been returned to Spurs at our behest.
