    tina turner

I was watching a live concert of her in amsterdam and she was brilliant but i was thinking she'd put on a bit of weight, i assumed she was in her late 50's, turned out she was 70. I never thought a 70 year old woman could be so ***ually alluring, not to mention so vocally brilliant. this just came to mind as she was paid a tribute on jools holland root my aunty show.

now they've brought on rod the prod, very reminiscent of Sinatra (but not as good), the girls in the red dresses remind me of robert palmer's backing band.

Another comment, he's got too many past celebrities that he's paying tribute to, why? By all means invite them but don't indulge them. PP Arnold might save the show.

my own personal opinion is that this is no where near as good as past performances,he's indulged too many established names which has detracted from his old philosophy of bringing new talent. i suspect he has succumbed to the lure of the quick buck.
