    4th official

Watching klippity flapping his gnashers all game again I was thinking why there has to be a 4th official accessible to the managers during the game?
Watching them complain all game only puts more pressure on the refs and increases the constant whining from fans about the referees (Ars*nal cough, cough).
The manager can’t stand with his assistant on the edge of the pitch but he can shout and finger point in the 4th official’s face no problem.
I’d remove the 4th official from the touchline. If the manager has a question then ask the on field ref at HT or FT.

Aye - it's not a bad call to be honest.

Or have the 4th official removed so that for a manger to go and whinge at them, they have to leave the pitchside properly, so they can't even see the game.
