    On Friday...FFS they've taken it off and replaced it with our cup game against the Spuds the cnuts!

    My Mrs is not a happy bunny. 😁😁

    Tell your Mrs they are making up for it by showing an extra episode earlier in the week. She still won't be happy but then what woman is....

    The first episode of Coronation Street was transmitted live on Friday 9 December 1960 at 7.00 pm. I remember seeing it before I left England, I think in 1969. People are still watching it ? Good grief!

    I finally gave up to it when the Battersbys moved in, and it was clear they were intent on turning it into a northern version of Eastenders. A shame, it was funny and entertaining for a long while, but even Mrs S, who was it's biggest fan, has given up to it recently.
