Has signed a new year deal.
His current one was due to run out at the end of the season.
This is a good move I think, another year allows us more transition time with a seasoned pro, who knows the club but doesn't tie us down for a long period.

I'm sure he'll have another couple of good seasons at the top in him, if he stays free of serious injury and then perhaps another couple as a back up squad player.
