    It will be interesting to see what excuse Nelms has for delaying the submission of his Planning Permission in Principle application to Dundee City Council.
    In April 2023 his excuse was that the roads survey on the A90 Kingsway which had been carried out in 2017 was now out of date and a new roads survey would have been carried out which would delay the submission of his planning application by two months.
    Now in January 2024 we have not heard another cheep about this roads survey which in my opinion was another excuse to ‘kick the can down the road’ whilst carrying out delaying tactics at the same time.
    I wish that John Nelms would just tell us the truth about what is happening with his new stadium development at Campy Nou.
