Wouldn’t it be nice to have a Black Country owner, someone who actually supports The Albion? Wishful thinking, though, don’t even seem to get many English owners these days.

I know some cardiologists in FL who know his dad Kiran, who has stepped back from running the business, don't think these guys have enough contacts/leverage to get us where we need to be, will be much of ah muchness compared to Lai I think

They have zero interests in football we will be a business run by accountants, don't expect capital investment also we don't generate enough to spend big

From what I have read, he seems a decent enough man but even if true, I doubt his "dream" of owning a football club will necessarily mean the same level of personal investment that messers Reynolds and McElhenney have put into Wrexham for example. Although undoubtedly a better prospect than Lai, it also doesn't seem to that he has the level of funding available needed to really take the club forward. We shall see. Trying to attract an owner with both sufficient funds and of acceptable ethics who also has a genuine interest in the club was always going to be a very tough ask though.

I agree totally.seems a decent prospect, however it’s not that sprinkle of stardust type of owner that we all dreamed of is it.
Also I think we were led to believe that the takeover process was much further along then it seems to be. If he does take us on then we will give him and his group a massive welcome and backing..hope he’s at todays game.
