To be fair BT - stubbornness was in Dyche as well wasnt it. ?

I’m a spectator just like you and yes we’ve played reasonable level football - but I knew many times and posted it as well that Dyche should change formation - tighten up centrally and not let the opposition drive their bus through our midfield straight onto our back 4 - also that our midfield was so deep that they couldn’t get up to the front man to support him and build moves, strangling the life out of any chance of decent football.


Same difference imo anyway - it’s a tough ask at the minute as last season we won most weeks and now we can’t get a win and it hurts

We have problems I’ll admit that but to slate Kompany isn’t fair - whilst I know he’s in charge and the book stops with him you can’t lay it all at his door.

In some ways I quite admire the fact that he believes the right way to play is as he’s doing and he’s working through it

He’s the manager, he buys and picks the team, and he chooses the tactics , he wants the team to play. If it’s not his fault, whose fault is it ? We’ve been in a mess since last summer- whose fault is that ?

As I said the book stops with him but tbf Mal all anyone does is slag him off and for me while we made mistakes by buying too many new players many of the originals simply won’t step up as they should have.

I listen on here Benson Zaroury unfair to not play - zaroury I’m told is a bad egg and won’t do as he’s asked - even turn up sometimes - benson has played and has had chances but refuses to offer more than just jinking inside a man and shooting.

Truth is VK pace and everyone else got caught out as the league is so much better than they anticipated- but like I’ve posted previous most of the other doom mongers wouldn’t have a word to say if we had 8/10 more points which we could quite easily have had.

I still think we aren’t very far off being a reasonable side.
