Does Rob Kelly handle all the coaching?

Just pondering on whether Rob Kelly has to look after all aspects of the coaching for the club.

Reason being, that's too much for one person to be doing. Forwards, Midfield, Defence it's massively time consuming and surely all his time can't, for one particular area midfield of late, be focused on them?

Richardson will also be involved some days but Managers these days also have the other side to deal with, media, contracts, etc. What I'm driving at, is do we need to bring in people for certain aspects to coach in certain departments? Moreover, can we afford them?

    Richardson isn't the Manager:

    Head Coach: Leam Richardson

    Assistant Head Coach: Rob Kelly

And if we add staff people will be moaning we can’t sign/short of players but yet getting more staff on pay roll..

Imo 4 frontline staff is about right.

There’s some Guy with a defensive reputation. Sent off on his 2nd debut at Bristol Rovers if I remember correctly!

Frog wins a prize. This is what I’m hinting at. Three separate parts to our game and as ramshackled as it is at the moment, we seem to have sorted the defence but it now looks like the midfield needs working on.

Can two people do all that when one has a managerial role to fulfill, sorry HEAD COACH role to fulfill?

Brin I can confirm I have offered my services to RUFC.
First thing will be to teach Hugill that you only go down when you’re injured.
A good smack in the snout should suffice.
That’s my coaching plan what could go wrong. 😊

    Hugill just needs minor surgery

A two foot spring stuck to his arse so when he goes down he immediately springs back to his feet
