Non League - Nuneaton Borough Footbll Club Facing Liquidation

Non League - Nuneaton Borough FC Facing Liquidation.

Nuneaton Borough face liquidation after pulling out of the Southern Central Premier League.

November 2023 - Club served eviction notice from their stadium, owned by Arden Tigress.

Now - The club annouce they face insurmountable challenges, so therefore considering
    the liquidation process.
Attempts to get back into their Liberty Way ground have failed, & look like being liquidated
for a third time in their history.
The club tried to purchase their ground, but offers will not be considered, & no lease will
    be given to any entity.
With this information, future investors had to withdraw any future support, without this
the club can not continue trading.
Manager Jimmy Ginnelly, Captain Scott McManus, forward Matt Stenson, left the club over
    the last week.
Then Wednesday 17th January, new player-manager Kyle Storer & other players left the
    club.

After checking the firm Arden Tigress, who own the Liberty Way Ground, I found they are
    a property firm.
So will the ground become a housing estate or factory unit leasing.

Nuneaton Borough a club famous for FA cup exploits, bites the dust.

    This is very sad.
I’ll not mention the third round replay in the late sixties (which I attended). It really does look like the end as they have withdrawn from the league in the 7th tier and their results will be expunged next week.

Coventry and Leicester all within easy distance from Nuneaton

Which is where the core support drifts towards.

    A downward spiral
