Indeed. Good three points and up to 2nd…till Tuesday at least. The week’s rest shouldn’t do us any harm either…let’s hope Cambridge and Exeter can do us a favour.

Let's just be happy to be 8 points clear of 7th place for the time being

Not attractive to watch apart from the goal which was clinical. Poor old Collins looked, well, old and poor, I felt sorry for him when Bird mi**** an easy pass denying Collins an easy chance to burst the net

Let's hope NML is not too badly injured, on crutches after the game.

Looks like Blackett-Taylor was prevented from facing his old team. Hopefully NML isn't too badly injured but at least we ahve CBT as a replacement. Keep grinding out the wins, at this level 3pts is the aim, the football is secondary.

Sounds like it could be a badly cut foot or, at worst, a metatarsal…mac. The latter would keep him out for a while and he’d be a big miss, hopefully offset by the timely arrival of CBT.
Consensus seems to be that the addition of Adams, as the ball winning midfielder we’ve needed for some time, made the difference yesterday.
