    Queens v The Accies

The Cove thread didn't even start until after the game so no excuses here guys with a nice early start. On the plus side we are the second in-form team of the week so should be looking for something, especially with our miserly defence but the last time we gave Hamilton a good drubbing Jardi was still a prefect at the academy ......... I'm predicting a narrow rare home win !

On the basis that Hamilton are struggling to be consistent and Queens are on something of a roll, I too will go with a narrow home win.

We’ve an awful record against them. It’s time for change

If I recall correctly Hamilton did not impress me too much earlier in the season, but they still won. They are 18 points ahead of us with a game in hand for a reason. They have only lost 2 league games so far this season but we have lost a staggering 11. Can't realistically see anything other than an away victory.

Didn’t impress you much? They beat us 5-0 at an absolute canter and then played keep ball for the last 20 mins!!

Cannot agree TBS - football is a game of opinions but I still think that day at Palmy the Accies were by far the
best league team we had seen

We are defensively stronger than that game earlier on. I think Hamilton might slip up today coming down with the wrong attitude.
Hoping our recent form can contuine and we grind out a draw at the very least.

This going to watch a supposed game is starting to get tiresome. Bloody freezing wind and not a thing on show that I could say warmed me up and tbh it was nothing more than I expected. Negative tactics, poor quality and standard and nothing that excited me. This against a team that defensively were suspect. At no point did I think we were close to Hamilton. Yes we competed in the first 15 minutes and created a couple of chances but after that it was all one way and we never laid a glove on them. Yes we have picked up a few points in recent weeks but we are nowhere near the standard needed for the play offs never mind championship.
