Best thing about him is that he has a mature head on young shoulders. I hope he keeps up this attitude, and it will be easier for him than local youngsters in the past, as he's with an improving potential top team as opposed to in the past, "develop them and then cash in on them," in detriment to the long term development of the club.

Unfortunately, I've seen it dozens of times over the years, but in Miley's case I'm sure he will be a stayer and a future backbone to the club.
