    Grist, the sad reality is that I intend being there tonight.
    There is no real logic involved, it's just like one of those habits that you know isn't good for you but you keep doing it anyway.
    I do enjoy the company and banter of the people I sit with because I've known them for years and we always manage to have a bit of a laugh no matter how dire the match is. I just hope these people also decide to attend tonight.
    However, it's a long time since I've questioned the futility and pointlessness of it all (I've felt that way from about a third of the way through the season) and I know quite a few people feel the same way.
    Unfortunately even if we win tonight that same hollowness will still be there.

    We could beat Hull tonight and Watford on saturday and still be bottom
