Always brings back great memories to hear this. If you'd been, for example, a Sky Blue singing "City, Man City, City's the team....." I've no doubt this record would now be widely recognised as a football classic. Obviously not a Bert Bacharach-Hal David standard, but for the purpose it was written, it works. The club should be proud of it, the soundtrack to scaling the heights no other Notts side has reached in 99 years.

Must admit it wouldn't make my playlist, but you can't fault Jimmy Willan's devotion to the cause. He also did a Euro 96 Three lions anthem tribute called '2 Pies on the shirt'.
