Apparently only 2,500 more at the last derby

Despite the shed being full, the fair play being full and 3 sections of Jerry Kerr being full that day.

The rumour about them counting folk walking up arklay street, folk on the number 18 bus, and the people watching on a stream must be true.

You forgot the players, subbies, ref, stewards, turnstile operators, polis, folk in the Troll Inn and probably a few more.

I remember Bob Hynd telling us at a Dee4life board of directors meeting that United counted all the free tickets they handed out for a home game whether the people used them or not. On that occasion only 2,000 out of 4,000 free tickets that United handed out for a game in the Championship during the 2018-19 season were used but they included all 4,000 tickets handed out in their published attendance figure for that game.
Since then I have never believed any attendances that United announce as they are inflated and wrong.
