There is so much choice on Netflix that before I watch anything I tend to read the reviews (usually The Guardian) and if it's not at least 4 star I don't ususally bother.

You was 3 star and after reading the description/review I didn't think it was for me. Doesn't mean it won't be good though.

Sometimes the critics get a bee in their bonnet about a show and it turns out to be OK.

It's just that there are now so many programmes on my Netflix Watch List that I have to use some kind of filtering system or I'll never get them all watched.
Thanks for that howoldboy,I will give it a look anyway after I’ve seen a few episodes of Ozark 👍

You need to match that with a Barbour jacket and some Burberry wellies Chalky.

Chuffing hell,I’ve just priced up the price of a pair of Burberry wellies and to see if they was really a thing and I nearly passed out, have the wellies been adopted my the lower end clientele yet like those rough kids at matches or it is solely for toffs? I didn’t look at the jackets because I don’t think that my wallet could take it

Never been a big fan of films or books for that matter as i have a short attention span and need to be hooked in first 20 minutes, find plenty of things on terrestrial tv to enjoy, currently enjoying Prisoner on BBC4 and the second series of Kin on BBC1.

Same as me Pete,if I ain’t hooked in the first 15 minutes or so then I lose interest and look for something else to watch,I usually ask around about films or series before watching them so I’m not wasting my time,Happy Valley was a great shout in here

I was chatting to my niece who is in her late 20’s and she can’t ever remember a time when she didn’t own a mobile phone or know how to use use a satnav but worst of all I told her that I could remember when your Netflix movies came through the post, not only did she not believe me but infact googled it to prove me wrong and was making it up,needless to say after some searching she now thinks that I was born in the Victorian era,is the past twenty years the fastest that technology has ever progressed?

Not Netflix, but Mrsgriff and I have just finished watching all three series of Broadchurch which we managed to miss back when it was first out. Fantastic TV, well worth a look if you also missed it.
