    Ilia Gruev !

Gruev's now a tight grafter for sure !

Hell of a heat-map against Leicester.

Always on the move, popping into spaces, calm, ready & wanting to receive the ball & once on the ball quickly delivers an aray of intelligent forward passes via his right/left feet cutting right through the defensive lines in front of him & a decent winning tackle reliability stat now developing weekly too.

Appears to be a bargain signing & now right in the groove !

Think he is up there with Rodon and Ampadu as signing of the season. Very very good passer of the ball too. Would love to see how he plays with Archie in the middle.

Posted in a previous thread on how good our new ownership team has done with what they inherited. Gruev is definitely a jewel.

since I'm lazy I'm just cutting and pasting!

It's really impressive if you step back from the game to game emotions.

    We hired Farke.

They dumped flotsam like koch, roca, llorente, adams with minimal loss. No one could have offloaded costa. Felt bad for Harrison but they dicked him over so bad in the last transfer window that I'm happy that he was able to land a good gig for him. He deserved it as he wore the kit with pride.

We kept Summerville, Meslier, Grey, Gnonto, Rutter, Strujik, Cooper and coach developed Firpo and Bamford.

We added Ampadu, Gruev, Kamara, Piroe, Byram and Rodon(loan). All are prem level players on Championship wages. We added Darlow to push Meslier

When you think of where were at this summer to what they have done now it's impressive.
