It's changing now, especially with the way our respective clubs are being run but they had a really good reputation for the way they dealt with youngsters whereas our bunch were seen as amateur dinosaurs.
Aye, but it's a relief it's going right now. It'll get better season over season and in three years time a half of the team will be youngsters and the academy brim full of talent.
