Went to the Bradford v Notts game today and at 1.40pm the stewards was informing fans that the game had been called off due to a waterlogged pitch,surely this must have been realised earlier than this because bdb sent me a photo of the pitch a good 90 mins before which showed it to be unplayable,isn’t it time that there should be a cutoff point for calling off games? It seems to me obvious that the game wasn’t going to be played on a pitch in that state,what if Bradford had been playing a club like Carlisle who’s fans had set off a lot earlier? It seems to me that a 11am pitch inspection and a weather report should be the lastest for all clubs to adhere to
