It was a major surprise to me him being allowed to go on loan in the circumstances. Hopefully he benefits from the Gateshead experience and can serve us well next season.

I had never heard of him, lets ne clear about that. I watched the high lights and the play was a very engaing before the goal, right at the end.
I was more surprised by the quality of play on show in that league, way before any goal.
So yes, smarty pants was for his quip way wide of the mark.

But the fact is, as is so often the case, you misunderstood and misinterpreted and, in doing so, had a swipe at someone who’d raised a perfectly valid illustration which everyone else understood.
