Richardson inherited Taylors's team and then it quickly became apparent the club had decided we weren't going to fight to stay up despite a positive start. Hardly any of these players would get in any other Championship team, and their motivation is shot. That last goal,sums up Rotherham, no danger have the ball in midfield and another loose pass and they score, it is absolutely awful. In the window we signed a decent midfielder and we play him at right wing back, a young right wing back and he only plays if everyone else is injured and a so call forward that looks like the big fat lad with a cig in his mouth who plays for the dog and duck
