It's not just on the pitch it is off it.

Haks and Viktor are the ones who acknowledge the fans win, lose or draw- do lots of community work and media interviews etc

They also seen to be the two who are hurting the most.

To be fair Tom Eaves also does plenty of the off field stuff too
