Whilst I do think Griff looks for difficult fixtures the opposite of what I did Dale wise which was random… it’s a game of chance… I lost an accy today on West Ham not beating Burnley.. 🤬🤬🤬

For me it’s a look, gut feel and here we go…Form does not help me win on my quid bets..

I thinks it works well over a season so don't count on it on a random week, when it was 12 selections a couple of years ago you could guarentee piglet would choose at least 9 homes every week which is why i didn't enter the following year as i didn't think it was fair.

Just to make things clear I’ll repeat this:

    Local derby
    Top of table clash
    Scrapping for points
    Basement clash

    Question of form
    Question of form
    Two teams flying
    Lancs bragging rights.

These are the sorts of fixtures that I look for most weeks when the season is about 5 or 6 weeks old. It’s not a question of easy or difficult and it’s what I’ve always tended to do. There’s no randomness about it - we tried that and it turned out to be unhelpful. I could try top v bottom or in-form v out of form but where would the fun/skill be in that? There would be the odd turnover but most outcomes would be obvious. I just try to get you thinking.

No problem griffy,I shall fight the good fight against the odds no matter what obstacles you put in my way just like the Knights Templar did in the old days and Churchill did in WW2 and to misquote the great man himself This will be my finest hour!
