    Matchday Thread: Rams v Biscuitmen

I made the mistake of clicking on a non-footy thread and read through the 1st 3 paragraphs of one of Tricky's posts, and lost the will to breathe, so on to tonight's game...

After our appalling performance at their place, I'm hoping for some savage (remember him?) revenge. Looking at their position in the table, they're not safe from relegation, but have a little buffer, so I don't think that they'll be fighting tooth and nail for their survival in the way that other lower clubs will be.

I think we will take this one, we need to, and I'm going for a Sithian 5-0 Rams victory.

Having to miss this one, and Bolton, as I’m about to escape to warmer and drier climes.
Hoping we can capitalise on recent good results, but anticipating a nail bitingly narrow 2-1 win as we get all twitchy about Saturday and concede late leading to an agonising last ten minutes. Still…3 points, another DG goal and no injuries/suspensions will do.

Funny but when I type capitulate, spell checker changes it to capitalise too

Reading really are a bogey team. I'd be happy with 2 nil I think. Maybe if we get more chants of 'you've only come to see the champions ' might start.

Mystic rA celebrates his forthcoming hols with a splendiferous prediction. Let's hope his prophecy of warmer and drier climes is another bell ringer. Don't forget the sun cream!

Gayle is certainly earning his wages, 4 in the net, with 1 disallowed, could be a pivotal signing. Funny game football, we sign CBT and he has yet to get in the groove, presumably sue to injury, then we pick up Gayle and he seems to have slotted straight in.

Its certainly going to be an interesting and rather nail biting end of season run in. Dark horses Lincoln suddenly seemed to have found form and could be the surprise play off team. Lets hope we can remain in 2nd place.

All in all, one has to admit, that Warne has got Derby where we want them to be, can we do it????

Was a hard earned win. Suggestions both goals could be fortune they were allowed. I couldn't tell on either even with highlights.

We came out really well, playing good fast football. Think if we had converted a couple of those early chances it could have been a 5 nil.

Huge game Saturday, I'd take a point if only to stop Bolton gaining 2.

I feel the same - just don't lose it! I'd like to take an unlikely 3 points away at Pompey, I think psychologically that would hurt the chasing pack.

With our away form I'm more confident that could happen. To be honest I'd take a tonking off both if we won the others and went up anyway.

Don't care how it's done, although I'll be in a world of pain if its play offs as my wife's birthday is the 18th May.
