    I’ll say it

DECLAN GLASS is still at the club and a much better passer than Tilson

Glass was playing and starting games whilst Sibbald was injured during the first quarter of season

Glass was actually threading passes and helping create goals like with Airdrie away I remember a defence splitting pass that others could use

Goodwin seems to have just shrunken back and back to using more defensively minded and very limited players

Glass is poor. Tillson is worse. Therein lies the problem. Goodwin rightly got the praise for the squad he assembled. Laterly though he has reinforced us with worse players that have pulled us down in terms of performances.

Craig Moore played well in a game where we had Covid-19 problems yet he has been banished from the first team ever since. United waste money on loan players when in fact the solution could be in the squad already. Managers don't utilise the squad to its full potential.

The signings Goodwin made in Jan are just a total waste of money Greive is hopeless McLeod is better than him but never gets a chance, Weatherspoon is never fit and the bloke from St Johnstone what the f... was he signed for???

Add Tillson to the list of loan players and there isn't a single one who has enhanced our squad, in Worherspoons case it's been down to injury and in the lad from St Johnstone's case there was no reason or need to sign him at the time we did. I've mentioned it on another post Grieve and Tillson should not be anywhere near our squad never mind the starting eleven. Goodwin's insistence and stubbornness to continue playing them, is holding back our young players and will cause us to lose them. It's bad enough Watt and Middleton continually get picked but imagine being on the bench and never getting more than 10 minutes at the end of every 3rd or 4th match when Grieve and Tillson get minutes ahead of you every game. Surely the other coaches and players can see that the likes of Mochrie, Meekison, cudjoe, McLeod and fotheringham should be miles ahead of them in the pecking order. Imagine being a youth player getting offered a professional contract would you sign for utd and put your faith and career in the hands of Goodwin's managerial skills?

I thought the young players were an investment; they will be gone as soon as their contacts are up. Not sure what the rules are on Development fees are, but it will be nowhere near what they could potentially get, if played a little more often. As much as you want to keep your talent, we are not in a position to haggle that much.

3-0 up against Arbroath and he brings on 2 jobbers Tilson and Grimshaw when could have gave young players gametime. That annoyed me
